Question for Pokemon Platinum

How do I get to the Pal Park, the man in the Pal Park say always: Oh, hold on. You don't have enough pokémon for a Catching Show. You'll need to stock us with six Pokemon to participate. You should make some pokémon migrate from Kanto or Hoenn! /// I don't understand him :s , please help me :(

With any 3rd generation game (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Firered, Leafgreen) in the GBA slot on your DS and Platinum (or any other 4th generation game) in the DS slot, choose the "Migrate" option from the title menu. PLEASE NOTE: You can only migrate 6 Pokemon a day (all games combined), there must be 6 Pokemon migrated, migrated Pokemon CANNOT know an HM, and migrated Pokemon CAN hold an item.

To stock 6 Pokemon, you must have your own copy of any PGameBoy Advance game Pokemon based and put Pokemon Platinum Version into DS Slot 1 and the GameBoy Advance game into DS Slot 2. Then play Pokemon Platinum Version. Then pick Migrate from the menu, and migrate! Migrated Pokemon have not learned HMs. Migrate 6 Pokemon and you will participate in a challenge to catch migrated Pokemon. Once you catch all migrated Pokemon in Pal Park, you must migrate 6 more to participate again.
