Battle every one you can to try to find them. I think you can find torrtera at route 219 and absol at 218

There is a man in the victory road with a torrtera.if you find him and beet him you will have torrtera on your pokedex.I don't know how to find absol.

Go to mt. Coronet and on the and you'll end up in a place that has snow and there is a big pacth of snow go in there and absol should show up in there

First of all it's Pokemon not pokeon second if youy have action replay you can steal them from other trainers. There weak anyway
