#003 is Venusaur
#152 is Chikorita
#162 is Furret
#191 is Sunkern
#209 is Snubbull
I'm not sure if you can find them in the wild or in a trainer battle, but you could trade for them, breed their evolutionary relatives (152, 191, and 209 only), or evolve their evolutionary relatives (003 and 162 only). These Pokemon should be easy to add to your pokedex.

If you have the number pad Poke app you can type the number of the Pokemon you need and then step into any patch of grass and you have that Pokemon!
