First get the Explorer's Kit in the house next to the pokecenter in Eterna City. Use it, you'll be underground. Tap the touch screen. You'll see shiny spots on the walls. Walk to a shiny spot on a wall and press a. Use your hammer or pickaxe to dig up treasure, you can't break the dark rocks. ^_^
