Primal Dialga is only in Mystery Dungeon games. You cannot link those and traditional Pokemon Games (like Platinum). Primal Dialga is not even obtainable in the few games it appears.
Shadow Lugia is only in XD. You can purify it into a regular Lugia and then trade it over, but you cannot trade a Shadow Lugia.

In short, you cannot get either on Platinum.

how do I get a manaphy without trading?

I have one theres a cheat at cheat guru first at turn back cave go to the it will say there is a dark presence watching inpect the wall and shadow Lugia will apear but your got to need a lot of master balls it's the only Pokemon that can shatter the pokeball I suggest to put it to sleep and paralise it and youll at least have a chance

Shadow Lugia doesnt exist, they just put it there to try and fool you, they just take a Pokemon, hack there game (don't know) and then they put a picture of "shadow" Lugia

Shadow Lugia does exist but it's only avadable in Pokemon xd gale of darkness

If there is a shadow Lugia then he will only appear if your worthy of his presence
