You cannot find Celebi in Platinum. However, you can Trade for one.

Ok well even though they put up the Celibi shrine in there, you can't even catch it, although SuperCheats has a Pokemon Trading Forum located Here Where you may request a trade for it.

You actually can't find Celebi in game on Pokemon Platinum. You have to use an Action Replay to get one.

You ether need to have somebody trade with you or try an ar code the ar codes hear are good but your best bet would be trading ther are people trading in the form section on this site
