Do I need Actions Replay Codes to be able to capture Areceus, Shaymin, Darkrai, Manaphy,Phione, Cresselia, and Regigigas?

Manaphy is available from Pokemon Ranger
Arceus is event or cheats only as is Darkrai and Shaymin.
Cresselia is found during progression, for Regigigas you need Regirock, Regice and Registeel in your party.

In Platinum, Cresselia and Phione are not used with Action Replay, but the rest are. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591
