Why can't I transfer the Griseous Orb into my Pokemon Soul Silver from..

You cannot trade the Griseous Orb onto your game. Nintendo for some reason made the item that way. Only way to have that item that I know of is to have an Arceus in your SoulSilver game. Then go to the ruins with it at the front of your party. You'll trigger an event where you can pick Giratina, Dialga, or Palkia. You pick Giratina and it'll come holding the orb. If you don't have an Arceus you could see if any of your friends have one that they'll let you borrow.If not and if you have wifi, then you could ask for one here on Supercheats in the Pokemon Trading Forum. Someone there will give you one. If you can't trade then you could try getting an Action Replay and use it to give you the Arceus or the Griseous Orb in your Pokemon Soul Silver.

The item was made that way. There are three ways to get it there:

1. Trigger the event of when ARCEUS is at the front of your party in the Ruins of Alph and you can pick out of Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. If you pick Giratina then it will be holding the Griseous Orb. 2. Trade a Pokemon while the other person's Giratina is holding the Griseous Orb and that is the Pokemon being traded to you. After you take the item off the Giratina then you have this decision to make: trade the Pokemon back. 3. There is a trading forum at this website:
