What it is a Legendary Pokemon how to get it is easy you go to Floaroma town and you go to the the enters that leads to route 205 and when the Pokemon is in route 205 you go in the grass across the bridge and catch it.

neither of you two are rght cuz i have mesprit an cressila is running asround and it started when i first got the town map so does any one have the slightest clue to what it is its just a small dotBURNOUTFREAK answered:
It is either Mespirit or Cresselia. You can catch them by walking to the spot indicated and randoly looking around in the grass.
