Heatran can be found in Stark Mountain after Looker has arrested Charon and Buck put the Lava Stone back in Stark Mountain. I caught him(and all of my legendarys) with a Master Ball. They are the most effective on any Pokemon because it never fails.

now about that is he wild in there or what is there a certain spot he is at or do you find him just sitting there like all the other legendaries cause id love 2 have him
