Here:

Beedrill - You can catch a Weedle on Route 204(after you receive the national Pokedex) and evolve it to a beedrill. Or You can catch a Kakuna in Eterna Forest(After you receive the National Pokedex) and Evolve it

Trapinch - You can't find it in the wild in Platinum, but you can find it Route 228 with the poke Radar in Diamond and Pearl so you can either trade one from one of those games or you can migrate one over from Ruby, Sapphire, Or Emerald.

Phione - Another one you can't get in Platinum, but you can get a Phione in Diamond or Pearl by leaving a Ditto and Manaphy in the Daycare and hatching the egg that you discover there. Then you can trade it over to the Platinum game.

Caterpie - You can catch a Caterpie on Route 204(after you receive the national Pokedex) and evolve it to a beedrill. Or You can catch a Metapod in Eterna Forest(After you receive the National Pokedex) and Evolve it.
