Riolu.
Does any body know a fast way of training or evolv or both,A Riolu?
I want to Train it to about level 55.

The best and fastest way to train your pokemon; is to have it hold the Exp. Share. Once it is holding the Exp. Share, keep it in your party. Have your best pokemon in the front of your party, and battle high-level pokemon. This would help it's level grow fast.
To evolve Riolu, have it have high love/happiness in the day-time. To get high happiness, feed it lots of poffins (the kind it likes) and never let faint. If it should faint or has a problem status, bring it to a Pokemon Center immediately.
