stats and IVS
I wanted to know if maxing out your Pokemon stats to almost reach 510 ivs... Is legal??? And what are the normal ivs a Pokemon can have... I know a Pokemon reaches 31 ivs and 255evs I think please help me understand this... I had a little problem and I need to understand more of the stats and ivs and evs and how they work? And if having 510 is legal in wifi play?
