Argggh!
Why oh why!
I can't catch feebas! I know it is in Mt. Coronet and it is in four small areas and those areas change every day but I don't know where it appears each day! My ID. Number is even, my game is clear box, I've beaten the Pokemon league, and I've gotten the national pokedex. Please help me!

From what I know, he's in the room filled with fog. You can fish for him with any rod, but he's ultra rare.

Just keep fishing with old rod,use surf and defog(so your accuracy will ben normal) then fish each tiles once only.if there's no feebas move on to the next one(I tried this and it work)
