What is Pokemon 152 on the Sinnoh Pokedex? Where can it be found

Thanks to everyone who has helped me so far.
I have now reached the Pokemon League and defeated the Champion,Cynthia!
I have also nearly completed the Sinnoh Pokedex, but need to find one more before I can go back to Professor Rowan, and get the National Pokedex.
Can anyone tell me what Pokemon 152 is called, what type it is, and where it can be found,please.

Pokemon number 152 is rotom and you can catch it between 8am and 4am in the old chateu near gardenias city (forget the name) and go into the room with the tv and thump the tv and a fight with rotom will ensue.

isn't 8pm to 4am..u can only catch it at night
