How do I get my Pokemon back?
I had a Pikachu-colored Pichu and a Jirachi, both legit from event. When I came back to trade them to HeartGold, they had vanished. Not a trace. How do I get them back?

I don't know how either I had a dusknoir and wevile then they vanished then I made another wevile and it vanished I think it's a mess up glitch there nothing you can do about it without a action replay

my pokemon in box 5 vanished I had very rare pokemon in that box like bayleaf in it

Maybe you guys accidentally released them? It happened to my friend. His Infernape was in the box and he accidentally released it.

I lost a Golem, Machamp, and my Infernape! On the bright side I got a 2nd dialga :P
