When will my pokemon evolve?

When will my pokemon evolve?
I have several Pokemon that don't seem to want to evolve. I don't think they are the ones that need to be traded. I have
A level 70 Magmar holding a Magmariser,
A level 53 Porygon holding an Upgrade,
A level 47 Pikachu holding a Thunderstone and
A level 30 Rhyhorn holding a Protector.
I think I have given them the items they need in order to evolve. Have I missed anything?
Does anyone have a definitive list of the levels at which certain Pokemon may evolve?

Pikachu - Use the Thunderstone on it. Take it off him, select it in the item menu and click 'Use'. You should be able to use it on Pikachu, thus evolving it into Raichu.
As for the others, make sure you have obtained the National PokeDex in both your game and the game you are trading to. Additionally, Rhyhorn needs to evolve into Rhydon (level 42) before you can evolve him into Rhyperior.

Pikachu solution-Select 'use' rather than have it hold it.
It will then evolve.
Porygon-Have it hold it it,then trade it.National Pokedex is required,I think.
Magmar-Trade this while it's holding this item.
Rhyhorn-You need to evolve it into Rhydon before you obtain Rhyperior.
It evolves at level 42.Trade it afterwards and there you go.
