Not-so-Quick Question

Can someone give me the general locations for all, or as many plates as possible? I've been looking for months now and I've still only found 6 or 7 of them. Thanks in advance.

There's always the underground, you can find every plate there.

There are 7 Plates. To find them all, they are Underground.

There are alot of plates. Some can be found in the underground, but alot of them can be found in caves and normal pathways.

Dread Plate: in old chateau
Draco Plate: in Eterna city(use dowsing machine)
Earth Plate: Oreburgh gate
Fist Plate: Route 215
Flame Plate: the underground
Icicle Plate: Route 217
Insect Plate: the underground
Mind Plate: Solaceon Ruins
Sky Plate: Pokemon League
Splash Plate: Route 219
Spooky Plate: Amity Square(inside one of the ruins)
Toxic Plate: Great Marsh
Zap Plate: the underground
Iron Plate: Iron Island
Meadow Plate: Floaroma town

You can get almost all plates underground.
These are the plates:

Dread Plate
Splash Plate
Draco Plate
Fist Plate
Spooky Plate
Flame Plate
Insect Plate
Sky Plate
Meadow Plate
Mind Plate
Icicle Plate
Zap Plate
Iron Plate
Toxic Plate

Note: If you give one to ARCEUS he will change colour and type.
Ex.: Splash Plate ARCEUS=Water type and blue
