Move Tutor?

Hi!
 Where can I find the move tutor(if there is one? Oh and, do I need to give him something, like heart scales or shards, in exchange for a move?
 Extra question: Is there a move deleter in Platinum? If there is where can I find him???

You can find the Move Tutor in the Battle Frontier. You exchange Battle Points to have a move taught to one of your Pokes.

The Move Deleter is in Canalave City, the house above the Pokemon Center.

If I remember correctly, the Move Tutor is in the Battle Frontier, and each move he teaches you will cost a certain number of Battle Points.

There are many different move tutors throughout the game. Including the on at the battle frontier. But to get the move tutors to teach your Pokemon a move, you need to give them shards; which you can find them by going underground.

I just found him I looked on my game. He is at Pastoria City in the house next to where the water and the guy that says hes in the middle of the town. In order to get a move, you need a heart scale. You can get heart scales my showing a Pokemon the newspaper writer in solaceon town wants, or dig them up underground.

There is one in Pastoria City. You give him a Heart Scale.
