Can you transfer wonder cards from one game to another on Pokemon platinum?

Error!...ya CAN!, but not all the wonder cards...just some wondercards can be transferred, via wireless or via friend. If ya have some cards, some can be transferred to another game, someother can't. I dunno wichones can't, but obviously, you can't transfer the event item wonder cards.
