please form a team

I made a post below to get people to form a team and get a code which I got but I'm forming a team rocket. I would like to form a team and we'll have meetings every wednsday at 8:00 pm. (eastern standard time). So heres what I would like out of everyone who joins: 1) please give me the name of your charicter (mines name is JJ.) 2)friend code (mine is 2965 6193 6347) 3) you MUST follow these rules: 1) there will be NO swearing (im only 11) 2) NO racist comments 3) NO sexual talk! If you do not follow these rules you will be booted. I'm only exepting 5 people.

Have you tried making a team in Teams and Clans?
That should fufill everything you're looking to do, it seems.
