Caterpie, uxie, rayquaza, groundon, and snorlax.

For Rayquaza and Groundon you can migrate from Emerald Version and for Uxie go to his cave, then he will run around the map, to catch him use a master ball or use a Pokemon with false swipe and another Pokemon with a sleep move like sleep powder or sing.

Caterpie: Put Pokemon fire red in your GBA slot, and go to enterna forest, walk around until you find one.
Uxie: Go to the snowy montains, go up a rock climb, go in, and go into the uxie cave, and then capture it.
Rayquaza: Migrate from Pokemon ruby, Pokemon sapphire, or Pokemon emerald.
Groundon: Migrate from Pokemon ruby, or Pokemon emerald.
Snorlax: Evolve munchlax or go migrate from Pokemon firered or Pokemon leafgreen.

Caterpie: You can catch at Route 204 with National Dex.
Groudon: Migrate from Emerald.
Rayquaza: Migrate from Emerald.
Uxie: In his cave after beating Giratina once or after reading the book The Original Story at The Library.
For all you can trade too.

Caterpie is at Route 204 but you need the National Dex.
Uxie is at Acuity Cavern.
Raquaza is a Pokemon you must migrate from Ruby Emerald or Sapphire.
Groudon is a Pokemon you must migrate from Ruby or Emerald.
Snorlax is a Pokemon you must evolve by catching a Munchlax on a Honey Tree.
You can trade from the GTS for all, trade for all, or migrate for all but Uxie and Caterpie.
