Ok so I when you go to the resort area go to the club where they kik you out by their club they have a swimming pool and a guy inside said: nobody believes me but something lurks in the resort area it's the hidden ruler of the area you have to believe me if you believe me whip out your super rod and go fishing who knows you may just catch the mind blowing ruler. So ye thats whut he sed I have a super rod natinel dex beat elite4 and cynthia got giratina dialga and palkia rotom darkrai cresselia and heatran so whutever it is I can do it so wut do I do about the legendary from the resort

It's not always a lv 100 magikarp you can catch him at lv 65-100
