Oak's Letter can be obtained through an event or through use of an action replay, which is a device used to hack your game into giving you items, Pokemon, etc.

You need to either use action replay, go to an event or get someone to trade Oaks letter to you.

You need to buy an Action Replay and get the code from our Action Replay code section. The event for Shaymin cannot be started legitimately as of yet.

Go to youtube and look up "tweaking" it has everything you need, no aciton replay needed!!! No nee to thank me...i already no how grate I am...ha ha

You could either use action replay or go to the event but maybe later in the year you could get oak's letter by mystery gift
