feebas location
Where can you get feebas? During what time? What kind of fishing rod used to catch it (if caught by a rod)? Do you need to have the national pokedex before catching it? And what are it's condition to evolve into milotic? Thank you in advance

Okay. You can get Feebas in Mt. Coronet B1f. This is the floor below the floor that you can get to via either Eterna city or Celestic town's Mt. Coronet entrance. Simply use strength to move the boulder upwards on the Celestic town's side, and go down via those stairs along that way. Feebas appers in one of four small areas in the big lake on that floor. It's area location changes each day. To catch it, you need to surf on the water, and use an old rod in the lake. When you find it's location; needless to say, feebas will appear instead of magikarp's. It is not affected by time, unless your playing when the day changes. You do not have to have the national pokedex to get it. To evolve feebas into milotic, you have to max out it's beauty condition using poffins.
P.S. I am not sure where specifically these four locations are in the big lake, and would like to know myself, so if anyone reads this answer, please could you tell me where they are on top of answering this person's question. Also, as a hint, if you mix records with other peoples, feebas' location will be the same on all of the game carts you mixed with; so you could work together to try to find it's location for that day.
