Uhh, i have a big question.

Kay, well. I've just recently got this game, and I have just beat the Pokemon League. But here is my question, on the back of the case it says: "This game can also be connected to the Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, and FireRed versions of Pokemon using the dual slot feature of Nintendo DS and DS Lite"
So I'm wondering, exactly how does this happen!?

Thanks in advance, for helping me out!

If you have one of those GBA Pokemon games, insert it into the bottom of the DS.Then have your DS Pokemon game in the DS catridge slot.Turn on your game and click your DS game on the main screen then when your on the menu, you notice a box that says migrate,if you click on it you can transfer your GBA pokemons to your DS which will appear at Pal Park (the end of the water path leading from Sandgem Town which leads you to Pal Park). Then just go inside talk to a man and you'll get 6 safari balls and search around for your pokemons and catch them which will appear in your pc boxes after you captured all six pokemons.Hoped I helped, rate please.

Lucas1997 answered:

That has to do with migrating Pokemon from those games to Pal Park after getting the National Dex.

ottergirl answered:

Platium can connect to FireRed,LeafGreen,Ruby,Sapphire, and Emerald using dual slot. To use this feature, put a Pokemon GBA game in the bottom slot. Say you're connecting to Ruby. On the starting up screen, scroll down and pick "Migrate from Ruby". Migrating is when you send Pokemon to Platium,Diamond,or Pearl. U catch them in Pal Park. Pal Park is acessible after you beat the game. Also,u can't migrate Pokemon knowing HMs.Hope I helped!Smile

Big Toast answered:

Well first of all you have to have any of those games. Then you put them in the GBA slot at the same time that you have this game in and you'll be able to catch some different Pokemon that werent there before(with their respective games in. You'll also be able to transfer any Pokemon that you catch in the GBA game over to the pal park in Platinum.Hope I helped.

zankum answered:

Put one of these cartridges in the bottom of the game and see every pokemon.
Then talk to proffesor rowan after completing your dex
He'll inform you of the pal park on route 221

alecy15 answered:

Pokemonhacker68 answered:

After the Pokemon League you can migrate from those games.
Simple, really.

exploding typhoon answered:

Besides migrating Pokemon if you have one of those games in the daul slot you can also see Pokemon that you wouldn't normally be able to find in the game.

Sire HC answered:

After putting in the game, go to the pal park area by following the water route below Sandgem town until you reach land.
