How do you get the light orb?
I want to have a Pokemon that knows volt takle but I can't find a light orb to do so. HELP plz!!!!!!!

Go to the trophy mansion, where Pikachu are. Pikachus have a 5% chance of holding a light ball.

Well if you want a pikachu knowing volt tackle and is holding the light orb transfer it from poketopia on Pokemon battle revolution.
