How do you get rotom to come out of the tv at the old chateau?

You go to the TV at the Old Chateau at night time and only the night time to fight Rotom. And unlike in Diamond and Pearl, it's Level 20 instead of 15. Hope this helps you out.

Wait until 9pm to go to the old chateau and bang on the tv. You have until 5am before you have to wait till the next night.

You have to go to the TV at 8:00 P.M. To 4:00 A.M. You can change your time setting or wait for it.

After you beat the Elite Four,enter Eterna Forest.Then head to the Old Chateau.Head to the room with the t.v. At approximately midnight.Press 'a' at the t.v.,and Rotom will emerge.It's level twenty and a legendary Pokemon.Hope this helps!

When you beat Cynthia in the Pokemon league go to the old chateau between 8pm and 5am.
Go up the stairs and go to the room with the tv.
Talk to the tv and rotom will come out at level 20.
You only have one chance to catch him, so BE CAREFUL.
Tip: you can breed the rotom to get all the forms.

Play the game at night!!!like 8:00 or so!!! And if you beat it and it runs go back the next day it will be there if you want to catch it!!!

U walk up to the tv and it will say something like is feels like it is staring at me!!!!! Then it will come out but use a low level poke mon becuz Rotom is only lvl. 20
