Breeding Dilemma

Breeding Dilemma

I'm trying to breed a Piplup with the egg move Yawn, but my Piplup (Lv. 1 Female) never matches up well with the Pokemon I choose for her. So far, I've tried Bibarel (Lv. 46 Male) and Quagsire (Lv. 30 Male), both from the Water-1 and Ground Egg Group, just like my Piplup, so where am I going wrong?

Sometimes Pokemon will take a while to breed with each other so may just have to wait a little longer than you usaully do. Also, when the daycare man says they don't seem to like each other that much it may only mean that they will take a while to breed. The only time that they will for sure not breed with each other is when the daycare man says that they prefer to play with other Pokemon rather than each other.

I suggest that you try matching Pokemon in their own groups or you could see if piplup will breed using the match maker poketchapp. If that don't work then I'm not sure. And you should try buizel with piplup. Hope this works, good luck.

nintendo dude answered:

Sometimes Pokemon just don't like each other for some reason. If you still can't get a baby Piplup, try breeding with a Ditto. That's sure to work.
