how do you get to the survival and resort area after you have been to the battle tower?

The most easiest and simplest way to get to the Survival and Resort Area's is by finding all 210 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Don't worry. You don't have to catch them. Just encountering them works. Hope this helps you out.

You have to complete the sinnoh pokedex. Then go to the prof. And get the national dex.

You just go to the routes on the sides of the place where you come of the boat and just keep traveling and soon enough you will get there.

You do not have to beat the Battle Tower to be able to advance forward to the Survival and Resort Areas. What you need to do is obtain the National Pokedex by seeing all the Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex. Once gotten, the people blocking the paths to each area will be gone.
