I know what every Sinnoh legendary is except for it, and I must haves it

If you go to the lake on the left side of the Resort Area and fish you can find a level 70 to level 100 magikarp. That is the "secret ruler" of the Resort Area.

Heh! Its a Magikarp ranging from level 70-100
Its quite a waste really I would rather have a gyrados then a magikarp
