Go to eterna ctiy find the Pokemon center go left then go to the eterna foristthen right when you enter you will see 3 cut able trees cut 1 of them then go up. If you find the tv on the 2floor at 8:00pm you can get a level 15 rotom sinserly pokedude133

Go to eterna city then go left into eterna forest. If you have cut then you can cut down the trees and go into the old chatau. By the way get some pokeballs and go to the room with the tv. Press a while facing the tv and rotom will appear. Catch it be cause I think it's a legendary. I didn't catch it cause I didn't think it was a legend.
