By use of the Shiny Stone, you can evolve Roselia into Roserade, And/or Evolve Togetic into Togekiss.

The shiny stone evolves certain pokemon; for instance:

Roseila + Shiny Stone= Roserade
Togetic + Shiny Stone= Togekiss
Sunkerun+ Shiny Stone= Sunflora
