It depends on what stats you want to be high. Horsea's special attack usually rises the fastest.
Hardy, Serious, Quirky, Bashful, and Docile natures don't do anything to the stats.
Lonely nature makes attack rise easier but defense rise slower.
Brave nature makes attack rise easier but speed rise slower.
Adamant nature makes attack rise easier but special attack rise slower.
Naughty nature makes attack rise easier but special defense rise slower.
Bold nature makes defense rise easier but attack rise slower.
Relaxed nature makes defense rise easier but speed rises slower.
Impish nature makes defense rise easier but special attack rises slower.

You should have whatever you want. If you want a stat to raise then just use iron, carbos, ect. You can use 10 per Pokemon by the way.
