Magnemites are found at the Fuego Indyworks Tall Grass.

Magnemites can be found On Route 222 and in the grassy areas around fuego ironworks. On route 222, They'll be found at level 39. At fuego ironworks, They will be level 28 to 30.

When you get the hm surf, you go to Floaroma Town and use surf where team Galactic was blocking the bridge off (where they were invading Valley Windworks) (next to honey tree) and head upwards. You should see a power plant/ (Fuego Ironwork) run through the grass for a couple of seconds until you find a Magnamite. I seriously recommend using ultra balls and getting it's HP as low as possible (I caught mine when it had half it's health) I hope this helps you! And good luck catching your magnamite!!

Fly to Floaroma Town and take the bridge to the left of town. Head up until you see water and use Surf to get to the Fuego Ironworks. Run around in the grass, and eventually you'll find a Magnemite!
