pokemon returning

I was cleaning out my pc when I tried to get rid of a meganium.I tried to release it but it said that it came back. What is going on?

Actualy both of you are wrong this happened to me and what I figured out is that if a Pokemon knows an hm move it cannot be released. So if you go to the move deleater in canalave you can get rid of the hm move it knows then you can release it.

If you used to many ar codes then it's glitched or it's a bad egg wich glitched your game really really bad and will do crazy stuff to your game.
I had the same problem (kinda) I used catch any trainers Pokemon code and I caught a gallade and it was a bad egg so I released it. It really depends on how long the bad egg has been there. And if I'm wrong tell me

It means that that Pokemon has a high friendship level and likes you but if your h##l bent on getting rid of it put it in the GTS for somthing good or just keeping it's health low for a long time and just realease it over and over again until it works
