hello,i have 2 questions.1how do I evolve magmar and elective (i for get if thats it's 2nd form or third form)besides trading and 2 wats an AR code for all the starters level 60,not shiny, just original

The only way to evolve Magmar and Electabuzz are giving them the Magmarizer and the electavizer (Respectively) and then trading them. For the code, you can download PokeSav for platinum or Diamond/Pearl and create the code yourself.

You have to give magmar the mmagmarizer(route 214 I think)then trade and give electabuz the electravizer (surf around the valley wind works)and then trade it ,its the only way.
