AR code (warning spoiler)
I know there is a code to change into a guy or a girl but is there a code that can change you into something else like the croagunk that attacks the team galactic guy where you find heatan or even change you into the "looker"

Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no code. Only the gender change and the Wi-Fi ID changer codes exist.

No, There is not.
There are codes to change the appearance of your character to others, when in the union room or wi-fi plaza, but not in the game itself.
The codes that do change your appearance to others will change you into a:
School Kid
Bug Catcher
Ace Trainer (Male or female)
Roughneck
Ruin Maniac
Black Belt
Rich Boy
Psychic
Lass
Battle Girl
Beauty
Pop Idol
Social(ite?)
Cowgirl
Lady
Those codes will make you appear as one of those characters in the union room or wi-fi plaza when battling, trading, standing around, etc. But on YOUR Ds, you'll still appear as a Pokemon trainer. To others you're one of those sprites.
