Copy and Paste AR Codes?

How do you copy and paste ar codes from websites (like supercheats) and put it on ds over action replay manager disk thing that "somehow" lets you put long codes on without typing it all in on the code thing on ds?

Open the action replay manager and the site or document with the code.
Copy the code.
Go to "My Codelists" section in the Manager, directly under your subscriptions.
Make sure Pokemon platinum is in your codelist. If it isn't, Insert the game by right clicking your codelists box and clicking "New Game". The Game ID is: CPUE-d074d1b3
If it is, Or after you have inserted it, Open the folder and right click any of the cheats and click "New cheat". Title the cheat and paste the code in the code box below it. Once the cheat is loaded into the codelist, Drag the entire Pokemon platinum folder over to the "Nintendo DS" Section of your manage, but only if your DS has been connected and all of the games have loaded into the "Nintendo DS" section. Once you drag the game folder over, if Pokemon platinum exists on your ds, it will ask to delete the existing file. Say yes. It will then begin deleting the old file and writing the new.
If platinum doesn't exist on your DS, It will only write the new file.
When the status box telling you that it is writing the game goes away, youre done!
