I need a code!

If you remember how to clone in Diamond and Pearl, that's good. Because in Platinum, it's the same method. If you don't remember, I'll be glad to help you. Before I start, you will need WiFi connection. If you don't have WiFi connection, might I suggest getting a wireless router.

1) Go to the GTS.
2) Select a Pokemon you want to clone, and as the game is putting the Pokemon in the GTS, you will see that clock loooking thing spinning.
3) Here's the hard part. You must turn off the game right before the Pokemon is sent into the GTS; like one or two clicks.
4) If done at the right time, you will have a Pokemon in the GTS, AND that same Pokemon in your party. Take the one in the GTS out, and you will have two Pokemon that are the EXACT same.

The cloning process is done in the storage boxes. With the select hand over a Pokemon, press A twice to pick it up, while holding select + start. Without letting the Pokemon go, change box with L or R, and return to the box where the Pokemon originally was. There should be 2 of the same Pokemon now, one in the select hand and one under it. hope this helps! Please rate this answer!
