That code is just about useless
I used it and I got the 10th anniversary suicune but instead of entei and raikou I got two bad eggs

It does work, at least it did for me.
However, these will not work in the Zoroark event thingy in B & W. Because the Pokemon given away in the movie are level 30, are shiny, all hold items, all come in that red event ball, have 1 unique move and have the fateful encounter where you caught them.
