Pokemon Platinum:Can someone help me make an Action Replay code

Some things I had to change/choose/omit:

-Location and level met. This is for legitimacy purposes.
-You should've selected the ability or move you wanted where you put multiple options. I selected the moves/ability that best adapts to the moveset.
- No hold items? Oh well...
-They'll have 0 PP. Heal them at the Pokemon center to restore it.

IMPORTANT: I was testing the code, and I noticed that deoxys's stats were wrong. I tried to repair it on pokesav but it didn't seem to work. The stats are from a normal deoxys, despite of deoxys being in it's speed form. However, there's a solution to this. To change it's stats, fly to Veilstone City, and go East to find some meteorites. Use the north one (press "a" in front of it) with deoxys in your party. You'll recieve a message like this:

"Touching the meteorite boosted the Speed of a certain pokemon."

This should fix it. Well, here's the code:
