Hi, good question. I previously got a Rhyperior by trading with a protector. It might not work becase I have a Pokemon diamond, same w/ this. Yanma evolves one level after learning ancent power. I haven't tried it yet though. Good luck! ^__^

Yanma needs to learn ancientpower if it wants to evolve into yanmega. Yanma learns ancientpower at level 33. Rhydon evolves into rhyperior when traded and holding an item called "protector". Hope this helps.

For yanma I think it has to learn ancient power then you have to level it up
Then for rhydon you have to trade it while it's holding protector

Here is how: Yanma should evolve once you teach him/her AncientPower at level 33 and level it up to level 44. Rhydon evolves once you trade it while it is holding the Protector. I also got the other person's question: How do you get a Pokemon back after you trade it?. Well just trade it back.
