Where can I get a Up-Grade to evolve Porygon ?
And if possible can you list where can I get the Dubious Disc to evolve porygon 2 into porygon Z

The up-grade is in team galatics hideout in eterna city. When I think you battle jupiter or mars. I have the dubious disc but I forgot where I found it (sorry). Hoped I helped.

There is two up grades in the game. One in the Galactic Veilstone Building and when get the National Pokedex from Prof. Oak. And you get the Dubious Disc west of the Survival Area near the biggest pond.

The dubious disc can be found in the route between the survival area and the battle frontier entrance, north part of that route. The upgrade is inside the galactic building in Eterna city. Hope this helps, and please rate this answer!
