Lucario you get on iron island and plakia and dialga you get after you get the orbs that are up above the water fall in mt.cornet and once you get that go to were you would see them indiamond and pearl and there will be a portal

To get lucario you first go to Iron Island from Canalave City, then a trainer named Riley will go in the cave. Look for him, then he'll follow you. Find the way to two galactic grunts, and fight them. If you beat them, they'll run away. Riley will then give you a Riolu egg. Riolu evolves into Lucario. To catch Dialga and Palkia, find the Lustrous and/or Adamant orb somewhere, then go back to Spear Pillar.

Lucario can be obtained by hatching an egg recieved from Riley on Iron island. As for Dialga and Palkia, you have to get the Adamant and Lustrous orbs in a cave above a waterfall in Mt. Coronet. You will pass this cave on your way to the spear pillar on top. You will have to take a different entrance to get to it though. Once at the top (after you have beaten the game) you will see a blue vortex. Press A to fight dialga inside. After that, go back inside the mountain and come back out. There will be a pink vortex. Do the exact same thing and you will fight palkia. Hope this helps!

To get lucario you must be in canalave city go on the boat to Iron Island team up with Riley and battle the Galatic Grunts make sure to have a space in your party for a Rilou egg (Rilou will evolve into lucario) I don't know about palkia or diala sorry.
