When you go inside the building, on the first floor, you will see a wall with a TV, a yellow and black checkerboard flashing pattern on a big machine, and two skinny green and black machines. You will notice that there is an empty portion of the wall right next to the checkerboard machine. Walk straight up to it and press A. An option should appear to use the secret key if you have it. There is no other way to tell that this spot on the wall has any importance, so don't expect to see anything special. Hope this helps!

Well it is easy to find but don't you think it's unfair that you have to have a event to get the other forms for rotom in hg ss bw you don't
