How do I obtain the HM rock climb? I've already beat Candice, but I don't knoww where to find it!

There are two houses on route 216.One house with a guy in it and one house with girl in it.Its behind the house with a guy in it.

HM: Rock Climb can be found on the Western end of Route 217. It's behind the house, buried in the snow, making it easy to overlook.
Search around behind the house and you should find it easily. ;)
