To get all the Regis you need to first beat the Elite 4, then migrate them from either Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald at Pal Park.

I haven't actually played Pokemon platinum. I've got Pokemon diamond which isn't that different. But to get regirock into Pokemon platinum you have to beat the elite four then go to the pal park and migrate regirock.

If you went to the Event at Toys'R'Us you can trade the Regigigas you over to Platinum,this unlocks all three Regis or you can do it the way previosly mentioned.

The only way to acquire Regirock is to transfer them over from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. But to catch them, you will find them in the Desert Ruins of the GBA games.

You have to go to a TRU event (Toy's R Us event) and get a TRU regigigas. That will let you find and catch the regis in the sinnoh region. I'm not exactly sure where to find them though.

ALL OF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. Platinum is not like Diamond. You do NOT need to go to Toys 'R' Us to get Regigigas. I know for a fact that you can catch all four Regi's in Sinnoh, but I'm not sure exactly where. I do know that once you get the three (regirock, registeel, and regice), you go to the bottom floor of Snowpoint Temple (you have to beat the elite four and get the national dex first). Work your way through the ice and get to the giant statue. Talk to it with all three in your bag, and it will come to life and attack. It is only level 1, but it is hard to catch (I suggest a combo of ultra and dark balls).

There is another way besides migrating and the toys'r us event if a friend of yours has a regigigas just borrow it from him and go catch regice,regirock and registeel (regigigas has to be in you're party) somewhere in mount coronet you can catch regice go to iron island and you should find registeel somewhere at the end of the cave and for regirock go to the resort area where there is a sandstorm you should find him there regice,regirock and registeel are at level 30 after you caught them go to snowpoint city and go to that temple where a woman is standing you need a national pokedex to enter the temple but you need regice,regirock,and registeel to catch regigigas.regigigas is level 1 when he's at the temple so bring a level 2 starly.
