Do I have to fight a trainer or do I have to get 1.
If I have to fight a trainer who has it where?

route 216 err when u get out of mount coronet to snow point city as soon as u get out

There are 2 trainers that I saw with a Porygon2. The first was just outside of Mt. Coronet on the way towards Snowpoint City.
