I have beaten pokemon platnium and i still cant get rotom.
I went in the mansion and explored every part of it. I need help or xplanation.

You have to go the mansion at night. Probably 8 p.m. Or 9 p.m. Would be best. When you're there, go to the room with the T.V. In it. Then go up to it and tap the A button. Then you'll battle Rotom, but I dont't yet know how change/find his other forms. Sorry.

Well as the other answer was part correct but it is 8pm to 4am after getting hm cut and well his form changes you have to get the secret key.

You have to beat the game to be able to get Rotom. After you do, go to the TV in the Mansion and push A. Then select yes.

Actually, you can get rotom before you beat the game and to make it change form, go into the eterna city building and go into the corner with the tables. Go up to the spot on the wall with nothing in front of it and use the secret key. The just touch the red objects in the room and rotom will merge with them. It will revert to it's normal form upon entering a union room or anything like that.

First you go third floor of jubilife building or something like that than talk to the reportorters they will ask you something first say everyone happy than wi-fi connect (this is just to get mystery gift) all the others are right you have to go to the mansion in the eterna forest at 8:00 p.m and go in front of the t.v and press a there you have it
